the following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the

corner thereof, said point being the point of
intersection.of-the south and east marginal lines
of 11x11 Street S. E., formerly 92nd Avenue S.; thence south along the east line of the aforesaid
northwest quarter,'Section 19, a distance of
179.59 feet; thence S. 89°27133" W. a distance of
30.0 feet;-thence north parallel to the aforesaid east line
td the aforesaid south marginal line of "H11 Street
S.E.; thence east to the point of beginning; the
above described property situated in the City of
Auburn.
