4P Marylyn M. Hahn, his wife
i for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
That portion of Lot 1 of Block 2 of Hart's First Addition to the City of Auburn, in
",Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. Situated in the County of King,
State of Washington.
Described as follows: That portion of the above described lot, lying Westerly of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the South line of said lot, said
point being 34.00 feet right of the new centerline of "A" Street S.E. as hereinafter
described; thence proceeding Northerly and parallel to the new centerline of "A" Street
S.E. to a point 34.00 feet right of Station 120+34 on the new centerline of "A" Street
S.E.; thence proceeding Northeasterly to the point of intersection with the North line
of said lot, said point being 44.00 feet right of the new centerline of "A" Street S.E.;
containing 275 square feet more or less.
Remove both large maple trees at the intersection of 8th Street S.E. and "A" Street S.E.
Cut maple tree wood in two foot lengths and stack on property. Replace sidewalk to
point level with existing sidewalk on 8th Street S. E.
