CD for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and Other Valuable Consideration

conveys and quit claims to CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, including any after acquired title:
That portion of Lot 2 of Block 3 of Boyd's First Addition to the
City of Auburn, iri?~Fg~Saq~1; "Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
Situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
Described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot;
thence east, along the north line of 17th Street S.E., 10 feet;
thence northwesterly to a point on the west line of said Lot which is
5 feet north of the point of beginning; thence south, along said Lot
line, 5 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 25 square feet,
more or less.
This Deed is delivered to Grantee conditioned upon Grantee installing
or extending at its sole cost and expense Grantee's drains not less then
6""in diameter for the benefit of Grantor to the northwest and the south-
west corners of Grantor's remaining property during the construction of
Project 8-1-105 (19), but in no event later than eighteen months from
and after the date hereof.
