the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:

following described parcel:
That portion of Government Lot 5 in S,e T 21 N, R 5 E, W. M., in King County,
Washington, being described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of the NE 1 /4 of said Government
Lot 5 with the centerline of 10th St. SE, the True Point of Beginning, thence S 89005'28" E,
along said centerline of 10th St. SE extended, a distance of 375.27 feet, to the southwesterly
margin of State Road #5 (Auburn Way S); Thence N 43002'38" W, along said margin, a dis-
tance of 469.62 feet; Thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 410.80 feet, a central ~

Second Addition to Auburn as recorded in Volume 25 of Plats on page 30, records of King
County; Thence S 00036'41" E, along said west line of Lot 13, a distance of 195.23 feet, to

36, records of King County, Washington; Thence N 89023' 19" E, along said north line, a dis-
