on the new centerline of "A" Street S.E.; thence proceeding along the new
centerline of "A" Street S.E. N 0° 55' 02" E for a distance of 4,208.79
feet, to Station 59+06.23; thence N 0° 18' 56" E for a distance of 1,062.71
feet to Station 69+68.94; thence N 0" 49' 20" E for a distance of 2626.20
