road. Situated in the County of King, State of Washington.
Described as follows: That portion of the above described lot, lying Westerly of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the North line of said lot, said point
being 53.00 feet right of the new centerline of "A" Street S.E. as hereinafter described;
