convey andquit claim to CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the th rd class
in the State of Washington,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may.hereafter acquire :
FOR STREET PURPOSES
The North 25 feet of Block 7 ,Hllen's Park Addition to Auburn.
Reserving unto the Grantor the right to maintain and utilize the storage
building and car port presently situate on a portion of the hereinabove
described premises for a period of three (3) years from the date hereof,
and thereafter until such time as the hereinabove granted portion of
