True Point of Beginning of this description; thence easterly a distance of 128
feet parallel to the southern line of Tracts One and Two; thence northerly a
distance of 140 feet parallel with the west line of Tract One; thence
westerly a distance of 128 feet, parallel with the south line of Tracts One and
Two to the west line of Tract One; thence southerly along the west line of Tract
One to the point of beginning;
