This indenture made this 13th day of February, 1952 by and between
C. J. Renshaw and Ruth Alice Renshaw, his wife hereinafter referred to as
the Grantors, and Housing Authority of the County of King, Washington, a
municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Grantors are the owners of
Lot 3, Block 99"Railroad addition to the city
of Auburn, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Grantee is desirous of running a sewer line thru said
property and the Grantors are willing to grant an easement therefore.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration., the Grantors, their
heirs, successors and assigns, hereby grant and convey to the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for surer purposes the 5 feet North of
South property line of Lot 3, Block 9, Railroad addition to the city of Auburn,
said real estate being located in the County of King, State of Washington,
Together with the right to come on said Lot 3., Block 9, Railroad Addition to
the City of Auburn, For the purpose of constructing, inspecting and repairing
of said sewer line.
This is a covenant running with the land in favor of the Grantee, its
successors and assigns.
