all interest in the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington:
The South 25 feet of the East 275 feet of that portion'of Tract 3, East Auburn Acres,
according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 14 of.plats., page 41, records of said sounty,
described as follows
Beginning on the northerly line of said tract at a point 115.35 feet easterly.of the
northwest corner thereof; thence easterly along said northerly'line 255.17 feet; thence
southerly parallel with the easterly line of said tract a distance of 195.29 feet; thence
easterly parallel with the northerly line of said tract a distance of 79.90 feet.to the
easterly line thereof; thence southerly along said easterly line 270 feet to the. south-
east corner of said tract; thence westerly along the southerly line of said tract a
distance of 360;feet; thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of.said tract a
distance of 270 feet; thence easterly parallel with the southerly line of said tract
25.22.feet; thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of said tract 182.74 feet
