EASEMENT V
This indenture made this day of April, 1955 by and between
the officers of the First Free Methodist Church, a corporation, hereinafter
referred to as the Grantors, and the City of Auburn, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter referred to as the Grantee.
ITITNESSETH :
MIEREAS the Grantors are the owners of
North one half of Tract 19, East Auburn Acres Addition to
Auburn.
71HEREAS, the Grantee is desireous of running a sewer line along the
West ten (10) feet of said property and the grantor is willing
to grant and convey an easement therefore.
NOWd THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the Grantor, their
heirs, successors and assigns, hereby grant and convey to the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, an easement for sewer purposes on the west ten (10) feet
of the North one half of Tract 19, East Auburn Acres Addition to Auburn,
Washington, said real estate being located in the County of King, State of
Washington.
This is a covenant running with the land in favor of the grantee,
its successors and assigns.

the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Auburn ,
Auburn , Washington, a municipal corporation Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in King
County, Washington, TO-WIT:
An easement for sidewalk purposes across a porti.on,of Tract 3, East Auburn Acres, as
recorded in Volume 14 of Plats, Page 41, records of King County, said portion of Tract
3 being mere particularly described as follows: Beginning on the Northerly line of
Cy) said tract at a point 115.35 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner thereof; thence
M Easterly along said Northerly line 85.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the West-
C:) erly line of said tract, a distance of 456.89 feet to the Southerly line thereof; thence
Westerly along said Southerly line 110.12 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the
Westerly line of said tract a distance of 270.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel with
the Southerly line of said tract, a distance of 25.22 feet; thence Northerly parallel
with the Westerly line of said tract, a distance of 182.74 feet to the Point of Begin-
ning. EXCEPT that portion of Tract 3 conveyed to the City of Auburn for street purposes
under Auditor's File #5165180, said portion being described as follows: Beginning at
the Southwest corner of Tract 3 of East Auburn Acres; thence East along th.e South line
of said Tract 3, 115.22 feet; thence North parallel to the West line of Tract 3, 100.00
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: thence North para:i.lel to the West line of said
Tract 3 to a point on the North line of Tract 3, said point being 115.35 feet East
of the Northwest corner of said Tract 3; thence East along the North line of Tract 3,
50.00 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said Tract 3, 352.50 feet; thence

East along the South right-of--way margin of East Main Street a distance of 6.00 feet;
thence Southwesterly 8.69 feet more or less to a point lying 6.00 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said portion of Tract 3; thence North along the East. right-of-
way margin at "N" Street Southeast a distance of 6.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition
upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and/or
replacement. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from
any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein. The Grantor agrees
that no structure will be eracted on the easement that would interfere with the use
contemplated without the written consent of the Grantee.
As a further part of the consideration for this easement, the Grantor
