ITITNESSETH : MIEREAS the Grantors are the owners of North one half of Tract 19, East Auburn Acres Addition to Auburn. 71HEREAS, the Grantee is desireous of running a sewer line along the West ten (10) feet of said property and the grantor is willing to grant and convey an easement therefore. NOWd THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the Grantor, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby grant and convey to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement for sewer purposes on the west ten (10) feet of the North one half of Tract 19, East Auburn Acres Addition to Auburn, Washington, said real estate being located in the County of King, State of Washington. This is a covenant running with the land in favor of the grantee, its successors and assigns.
