The Grantor, John Meneghini and
Delores Meneghini , his wife, for and in consideration of
the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Auburn
Auburn , Washington, a municipal corporation Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right-of-way, over, through, under, across, upon and in the
following described real property situate in King County
County, Washington, TO-WIT:

'I* Said easement for sidewalk and storm drainage being more particularily described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above herein described portion of Tract 10;
thence North 00014'58" West along the East line of said Tract 10 a distance of 24.87
feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 127.50 feet, a central
angle of 14038'08", the center of which bears South 78051'57" West, an arc distance
of 32.57 feet to a point of compound curve; thence along a curve to the left, having
a radius of 34.50 feet, a central angle of 28053'11", the center of which bears South
64 13'49" West, an arc distance of 17:39 feet to the North line of said Tract 10;
thence South 86050'04" West along the North line of said Tract 10 a distance.of 21.48
feet; thence Easterly along a curve the right, having a radius of 27.00, a central
angle of 67023'45", the center of which bears South 03009'56" East, a distance of
31.76 feet to a point of compound curve; thence along a curve to the right, having a
radius of 120.00 feet, a central angle of 24059'33", the center of which bears South
64 13'49" West, an arc distance of 52.34 feet; thence South 00046'38" East a distance
of 1.89 feet to the South line of the above herein described portion of Tract 10;
thence North 89045'02" East along the North line of said portion of Tract 10 a distance
of 5.19 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS EASEMENT.

operation, maintenance and/or repair and/or replacement of a sidewalk and storm
draining and appurtenances thereto, together
with the right of ingress and egress to and from said.easement- and right-of-way for all
purpose necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be promptly and properly returned to a condition equal to its original condition
upon each and all completion of construction, operation, maintenance, use, repair and/or
replacement. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the grantors from
any liability arising from each and all uses contemplated herein. The Grantor agrees
that no structure will be erected on the easement that would interfere with the use
contemplated without the written consent of the Grantee.
