THE GRANTOR, THE SOUTHLAND CORPORATION,
for and in consideration of One and no one hundred dollars ($1.00) convey and
quit claim to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation, the following described
real estate, situated in the County of KING, State of Washington including any
interest therein which Grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel "X" lying within the
right-of-way described as follows:
Beg at the intersection of the existing Wly right-of-way In of "R" St. S.E.
and the existing Nly right-of-way In of 21st St. S.E.; th due W 24.85 ft; th
E and N 22.98 ft alg a curve with rad 12.00 ft to a point of reverse curvature;
th 38.43 ft N and E alg a curve with a radius 280.00 ft to a point on the
existing Sly right-of-way line of Howard Rd, this arc being 30.00 ft Wly and
concentric to the centerline of proposed "R" Street S.E.; th S 43°06'40" E,
35.13 ft alg sd Sly right-of-way to a point on the existing Wly right-of-way
line of "R" Street S.E.; th due S 27.35 feet alg sd Wly right-of=way to the
POB.
The lands conveyed herein contain 641 square feet, more or less.

Beg at the intersection of the SWly line of the Auburn-Enumclaw
County Rd. with the N line of J.A. Trussen County Rd.; th W 340 ft;
th NEly to a point on the Swly line of the Auburn-Enumclaw County Rd
270 ft NW of the beg; th SEly 270 ft to beg, Less portion of Felix
G. Adams Rd., Less street, situate in the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Sec
19, Twp 21 N, R 5 E, W.M., situate in the City of Auburn, County of
King, State of Wash.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed
