conveys and quit claim s to CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
FOR S TREE T PURPOSES ONLY
That portion of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
:fit Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.M.,lying northerly of
the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection on the east line of said subdivision
with the northerly line of Primary State Highway No. 5 Revision,
according to plan on file in the office of the State Highway Department,
approved June 17, 1941, thence northerly along the east line of said
subdivision to the north line of said subdivision; thence westerly along
the north line of said subdivision 30 feet; thence southerly along a
line parallel to the east line of said subdivision to the northerly
line of Primary State Highway No. 5, thence easterly along said line
to the point of beginning
