width on each side of centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner,of said Section 30;
thence north 0025113" east.along the east line thereof, 160.66 feet
to an intersection of a curve on the southwesterly margin of the
Orevats Road, the radial center of which bears south 46005131" west
2,834.93 feet;
thence northwesterly on said southwesterly margin on a curve to the
left an arc distance of 119.59 feet to a point of tangency;
