in consideration of dedication of public road convey and warrant to The City of
Auburn, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, Grantee, its
successors and assigns, the following-described real property situated in King County,
Washington, together with all after-acquired title of Grantors therein, for road right of
way and appurtenances thereto:
That certain real property described on Exhibit A attached to and by this reference

That portion of the East ''/z of the southeast '/4 of the northeast '/4 of Section 31, Township 21 North, Range
5 East, W.M., in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said subdivision; thence N 89° 37' 20" W along the South line of
said northeast'/4 of Section 31, a distance of 477.22 feet to the easterly margin of Quincy Ave. said point
also being the northwest corner of Lot 18 of the plat of LAKELAND DIV. NO. 9 as recorded in Vol. 181
of plats, pages 41 through 46, records of King County, Washington, and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence N 00° 22' 40" E a distance of 1.01 feet to a point of curvature; thence going in a
northerly direction along a curve to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of 44°
24' 56", an arc distance of 19.38 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence continuing in a northerly
direction along a curve to the left having a radius of 45.00 feet, through a central angle of 268° 49' 55" an
arc distance of 211.14 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence going in a southerly direction along a
