Commencing at the monument in case which marks the intersection of the
centerline of Harvey Road with the centerline of Auburn Way North;
thence S 0-39-38 W along said centerline of Auburn Way North, 135.39 feet to
A.P.K. nail which marks the intersection of the centerline of 15th Street
Northeast;
thence N 89-29-17 W along said centerline of 15th Street Northeast, 230.00
feet;
thence N 0-39-38 E, 36.00 feet to the north margin of said 15th Street
Northeast and the true point-of beginning;
CIO thence continuing N 0-39-38 E, 155.00 feet;
thence S 89-29-17 E, 195.00 feet to the west margin of said Auburn Way
