Township 21 North, Range 5 Easy.,. W.M., in King County, Washington,
lying easterly of Block 4, East Auburn Garden Tracts, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, page 98, in King-----.-
County, Washington as said easterly boundary of Block 4 as
delineated on the face of the plat and lying between the easterly
extension of the north and south boundaries of said Block 4 and
southerly and westerly of Green River as it presently exists;
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress, egress and utilities over,
