That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 17, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington which lies northerly of the northerly margin of the
Northern Pacific Railway Company's right-of-way;
EXCEPT that portion described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of Violet Street and River Drive in
East Auburn Garden Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 18 of Plats, page 98, in King County, Washington;
thence south 0042159" east along the centerline of Violet Street, a
distance of 660.06 feet;
thence north 89055118" east, a distance of 4.50 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence south 0036142" east, a distance of 370.80 feet;
thence south 79051142" east, a distance of 226.87 feet;
