EXXON CORPORATION, a New Jersey corporation, successor in
interest from STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, Signal Oil
.Company Division (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Grantor")
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other con-
sideration paid to Grantor, quitclaims to the CITY OF AUBURN, WASH-
INGTON, a municipality (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), the
follbwing described real property situated in King County, State of
Washington, as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North marginal
line of Cross Street and the West marginal line of

Auburn Way South; thence North 1042100" West, along
the West marginal line of Auburn Way South, 20.59
feet, to a point on a curve having a radius of
30.00 feet, said curve having a radial bearing of
North 53146'12" West; thence Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 69144158",
an arc distance of 36.52 feet to a point on the north
marginal line of Cross Street; thence South 74101'14"
East, along said North line, 34.40 feet to the true
point of beginning and containing 211.769 square feet,
more or less,
together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
real estate, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes, and to the same extent and purpose as if the
rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceedings
under Eminent Domain statutes of the State of Washington, situated
in the County of King, State of Washington.
