THE GRANTOR Marian E. Holt, as her separate estate
for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
That portion of the West 84 feet less the South 120 feet of Lot 4 of Truesen's First
Addition to the City of Auburn, in Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
Situated in the County of King, State of Washington
Described as follows: That portion of the above described lot, lying Westerly of the
following described line: Beginning on the West line of said lot, said point being
right of Station 82+45 on the new centerline of "A" Street S.E. as hereinafter described;
thence proceeding Northeasterly to the point of intersection with the North line of
