KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Grantor, GLACIER PARK COMPANY, a
Delaware Corporation, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
($10.00) DOLLARS, hereby conveys and warrants to the CITY OF AUBURN, the
following described real estate situated in King County, in the State of
Washington, to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein granted had
been acquired under Eminent Domain statute of the State of Washington:
All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel A, lying westerly
of existing East Valley Highway and lying easterly of a line described
as beginning at a point opposite Highway Engineer's Station
(hereinafter referred to as HES) 130+30 on the line survey of East
Valley Highway, Lakeland Hills Blvd. to NCL of Pacific and 40 feet
westerly therefrom; thence westerly to a point opposite said HES and
45 feet westerly therefrom; thence southerly parallel with said line
survey to a point opposite HES 135+50; thence westerly to a point
opposite said HES and 60 feet westerly therefrom; thence southerly
parallel with said line survey to a point opposite HES 138+00; thence
northwesterly to a point opposite said HES and 70 feet northwesterly
therefrom; thence southwesterly parallel with said l.ine survey to a
point opposite HES 140+50 and the end of this line description.

Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County,

0'? Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 36 and running
thence South 0°12' East along the East line of said Section 36, a
distance of 1316.1 feet, more or less, to a point on the dividing line
between the tract hereby conveyed and land of C.D. Hillman; thence
South 88°29' West along said dividing line, a distance of 274.5 feet,
more or less, to a point on the East line of the right-of-way of the
Northern Pacific Railway °Company, said point being 50 feet distant
from the center line of said right-of-way, when measured at right
angles thereto; thence North 3°00' West along the East line of said
right-of-way, a distance of 1318.6 feet, more or less, to a point on
the North line of said Section 36, which point is 50 feet distant from
the centerline of said right-of-way, when measured at right angles
thereto; thence North 88°29' East along the North line of said Section
36, a distance of 323.4 feet to the place of beginning; excepting
therefrom a strip of land 20 feet wide on the North line of said
tract; said strip being the South half of the county road as now
located, the centerline of said road being the North line of said
Section 36; and except any portion thereof lying easterly of the West
margin of Primary State Highway No. 5 ("A" Street Southeast) as
