for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to' City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Ki ng State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of the following described tract of land lying northerly of a
