Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTOR Edgar W. Schlittenhart and Dorothy B. Schlittenhart (H/W)
for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in, the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of the following described tract of land lying northeasterly of a line
drawn parallel with and 36 feet southwesterly, when measured at right angles from the
centerline.of Auburn Way North:
The North 1-1/2 acres of the following.described tract:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the W. A. Cox Donation Claim in',Section 31, Town-
ship 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington: running thence West
along the South line of said Claim 754 feet to the Westerly boundary of county road;
thence along said Westerly boundary North 8012' West 219.59 feet, North 30026' West
94.8 feet AND North 38003' West 84.76 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 89004' West along the North line of tract conveyed to Fred J: Book by Recording
No. 822850, 526.7 feet; thence North 3009' fast 462.38 feet, more or less, to the
South line of tract conveyed to Fannie E. Sutton by Recording No. 645339; thence along
said South line South 89004' East 151.70 feet; thence South 36050' East.582.70 feet
to .the true point of beginning;
EXCEPT that portion of said North 1-112 acres described as follows:
Beginning.at the Southeast corner of W. A. Cox Donation Land Claim in Section .31, Town-
ship 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, and running thence West
along the South line of said claim 754 feet to the.West boundary of county road;.thence
along the Westerly boundary 8012' West 219.59 feet; thence North 30026' West 94.8 feet;
thence North,38003.''West 338.96 feet to toe .true point of beginning of the tract herein
