All that portion of the following described tract of land lying northwesterly of a line
drawn 17.82 feet radially from a point 53.82 feet northeasterly of station 123 + 43 of
Auburn.Way North and extending from the South line of 49th Street Northeast to a point
oppositelstation 123 + 32:
That portion of Section 31, Township-22 North, Range 5 East W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the East line of State Road No. 5 in the.Northwest corner of the tract of land
_ deeded -to Thomas _ T._ I.seri on_.December 18-i= .1939; by -deed -which i-s--re-corded in -Volume -1:876- of
Deeds, page 29, under Recording No. 3078263, records of King County; running thence
