for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the' following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all ' after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of the following described tract of land lying northerly of a line
drawn 18.33 feet radially from a point 54.33 feet southwesterly of station 125 + 72
of Auburn Way North and extending from.the East line of 85th Avenue South to a point
opposite station 125 + 60:
A tract of land in Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M., described as
follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the West line of Section 31, Township 22 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., with the South line of the W. A. Cox Donation Claim; running
thence East 426.57 feet to the East line.of the County Road; thence Northerly along
the East line of the County Road 1,426.24,feet to a point which is the point of
beginning; thence East 130 feet; thence North 321.08 feet; thence-Nesterly along
the South line of the County Road 133.52 feet; thence South 341.05 feet to the
place of beginning;
