Administrative Recommendation:
City Council introduce and adopt Ordinance No. 6258.
Background Summary:
Ordinance No. 6258 provides for the revision of certain sections of Chapter 12.04, Public Works
Construction, of the Auburn City Code. The recent adoption of revisions to Title 17 and Title 18 included
the incorporation of various design standards related to land use and zoning separate from the
engineering design and construction standards. The proposed revisions to Chapter 12.04 provide for the
distinction of the Engineering Design and Construction standards from these other design standards.
