Parks, Arts and Recreation Department Project Number C317D* (Norman/Faber) 05.1.2 City Council approve award of Contract 06-16, Project Number C317D, GSA Ballfield Lighting Project, to Duchess Construction, Inc., on their low bid of $54,750.00 plus Washington State sales tax of $4,818.00 for a total contract price of $59,568.00.
