Public Works Project Number C525A* (Wagner/Dowdy) 04.11.1 PR C525A City Council approve Final Pay Estimate No. 3 to Contract 06-07 with VLS Construction, Inc., in the amount of ~ $20,810.26 for a total contract price including sales tax of $249,438.45, and accept construction of Project No. C525A, 2006 SOS Waterline Improvement Project. 3.
