Parks and Recreation Board Meeting
Meetinq Minutes
Tuesday, June 2, 2009
I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. Those members present were Mike Hassen, Julie
Parascondola, Richard Artura, and Greg Dobbs. Guest Giovani Parascondola was also present.
Absent were Laura Higdon, Vicki Gilthvedt, John Webley, and Teen Liaison Jennifer Matson.
Staff inembers present were Parks, Arts and Recreation Director Daryl Faber, Parks Planning
and Development Manager Bob Wuotila, and Department Secretary Ann Fuqua.
II. Minutes of the May meeting were approved as distributed.
III. The members adjourned to the Department van and toured a number of the City parks, the
Fenster property, and the Community Gardens, and discussed upcoming projects there.
VIII. Adjournment
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
