RESOLUTION NO. 4529
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn Information Services Department has a number
of items which are no longer of use to the City; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of it by
auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part, through gift to
another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non-profit entity, as deemed
most expedient by the Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the
Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or
donation to another governmental agency or charitable non-profit entity.
