A. Resolution No. 4535 ( Heid - 5 minutes) *
Extending the Floodplain Moratorium related to Endangered Species Act compliance and
created and established by Resolution no. 4416, as amended by Resolution 4442 and 4476,
related to the filing, receipt, and approval of applications for development within areas
located within, in whole or in part, floodplains as determined by the Federal Emergency
Management Administration (FEMA).
B. Human Services Consolidated Plan (Hursh - 15 minutes) *
Summary: Review of the draft copy of the five-year Consolidated Plan for the years 2010-
2014 which includes the Annual Action Plan for 2010. The Consolidated Plan is required by
the Department of Housing and Urban Development to maintain the City's relationship as a
Community Development Block Grant entitlement recipient.
V. DISCUSSION
A. Pierce County Population/Housing Targets Update (Chamberlain - 10 minutes)*
Summary: Update the Committee on the status of the Pierce County population/housing
targets process.

Summary: Committee will review the matrix and provide updated information
