Grantor(s) Covington Water District (CWD) does by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, (Auburn) a Municipal Corporation in King County, Washington, L-F-4 water , mefet'ya tAq and all appurtenances or any other associated public facility as described in Interlocal Agreement No. 2. CWD will continue to have access to the meter vault for temporary chlorination facilities, should Auburn be unable to maintain the chlorine residual. This would include use of the existing power connection, chlorine tank and injection tap. CWD will also have access for maintenance and operation of the CWD telemetry box, phone lines, etc. in the meter vault. (CWD is willing to share access to the information but Auburn would need to activate it's own telephone line). Situated within the following described real property.
