KPfOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
one Do.'.lar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor (s) Safeway Stnra~ Tn[ojjx)rated a
Maryland corporation do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer
and warrant- to tho City of Auburn, King County, Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
the following described property situated in King County, Wash.:
1. 12" CL..52 Ductile Iron watermain and appurtenances in 2nd St. S. E.
between "A" St. S. E. and Auburn Way South.
2. 3 fire hydrant assemblies
a. One at "B" St. S. E. and alley south of Main St.
b. One at approx. midpoint between Main St. & 2nd St. S. E. in Auburn Way So.
C. One at approx. midpoint between Main St. & 2nd St. S.E. in "A" St. S. E.
3. Sanitary Sewer manhole located in "B" St. S.E. north of 2nd St. S.E. at the
northerly 'deadend' of "B" St. S. E.,
and the said Grantor (s) hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property i.,bove conveyed; that they have full power to convoy the same and that they
will dc.•fend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully
making claim thereto.
