Nos. 1 and 2; sewer collection lines and appurtenances - Lakeland Hills Division
Nos. 1 and 2 to lift station; 12.5 MGD sewage lift station, comprising wet well,
dry well and appurtenances; 12" and 20" forcemains and 24" forcemain - lift
station to receiving manhole i'n Southwest 15th Street. Situated within the
real property described in those certain instruments recorded in the office
of King County Auditor under Auditor's File No.

property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that
they will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons law-
