said land being described as:
A strip of land 15.00 feet in width, the centerline of which is
described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1,
Block B, "LUNN'S GARDEN TRACTS TO AUBURN, WASHINGTON", according to
the Plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 33, records of King
County, Washington; thence N 84-42-53 W, along the southerly line of
Lots 1 and 2, Block B, "LUNN'S GARDEN TRACTS TO AUBURN", 333.00 feet
to the Southeast corner of U-HAUL property; thence continuing N
84-42-53 W., 7.54 feet to the true point of beginning of this easements
thence N 0-39-36 W, parallel and 7.5 foot west of the Easterly line of
said U-HAUL Property, 244.5 feet; thence S 89-20-24.W, 47.50 feet to
