of King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 11 of said Block D of Lunn's
Garden Tracts; Thence north 20 feet along the west line of Lot 12;
Thence S 88049153" E, 144. 86 feet; Thence south 27 feet to the north
line of said Lot 11; Thence west along said north line 145 feet to the
point of beginning.
