A strip of land 20.00 feet wide, lying 10.00 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
Commencing at the most Southeasterly corner common to Lots 15 and 16 of Block
3, Auburn Heights Park Division No. 2, according to the Plat recorded in Vol.
49 of Plats, Page 99, Records of King County Washington; thence S 880 46' 10" W,
along the South line of said Lot 16, a distance of 9.20 feet to the true point
of beginning of this centerline description; thence N 37° 09' 00" W, a distance
of 53.02 feet to a point 5.00 feet Northeasterly of, when measured at right
