KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof

and the said Grantor (s) hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that

ASSIGNMENT
In lieu of surety or performance bond the undersigned does hereby assign,
transfer and set over unto the City of Auburn all right, title and interest
in and to Eight Thousand No/100 Dollars ($8,000.00) of savings account No.
507250--5 in Pacific First Federal Savings and Loan Association standing in
the name of C. V. Erath, with full power and authority to demand, collect
and receive said deposit and to give receipt and acquittance therefor, for
the following uses and purposes:
Rebuilding, alterations or additions to house to be moved to
as required by Ordinance 1585 passed February 28, 1963, City of
Aubur n, to guarantee that such work will be completed within
xi.x months of the date of permit and that the building will be
brought up to all standards required by the City of Auburn.
It is understood and agreed that Pacific First Federal Savings and Loan
Association holds the passbook covering said account in its possession
and agrees to hold $8,000.00 until release of this assignment by the City
of Auburn is received.

ACCEPTANCE
The undersigned hereby accepts the foregoing assignment of savings ac-
count No. 507250-5 in the amount of $8,000.00 this 21st day of January,
1972.
