KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor(s), Puget Sound Auto
Auction Inc. do by these presents hereby convey, setover,
assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County,
Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, the following public
improvements: 2 new on site fire hydrants and 522 LF new 8"
D.I. waterline. Situated within the following described real
property:

and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant that they are the sole
