miscellaneous curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway improvements along 29 n Street NW (A
Local Non-Residential Street), 250 LF of 8-inch waterline, 242 LF of 8-inch sanitary
sewer, 320 LF of 18-inch storm drainage line, and all appurtenances or any other associated
public facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to as FAC03-0038,
the Park 29 development. Situated within the following described real property.

and the said Grantor(s) hereby warrant(s) that they are the sole owner(s) of all the property
above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they will defend the
