TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Extension into the City
system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) Henry F. & Beverly M. Knapp do by these presents hereby convey,
