acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor(s) Highlands at Cobble Creek, LLC does by these
presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the
City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in King County, Washington,

any other associated public facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred.
