KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Extension into the City
system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) -Tarragon Development Company do/does by these presents hereby
convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation in
