and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of all the property above conveyed;
that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the said Grantee
against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify the City of Auburn for
any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
