the following public improvements fire mains and installed as
part of the North Auburn Elementary School, Phase II - Additions/Modernizations
project under City of Auburn building permit No. 13417 Situated within the

and the Grantor (s) hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property above conveyed;'that they have full power to convey the same and that they
will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully

of the Joseph Brannon Donation Claim in Section 7, Township 21
North, Range 5 East W.M., thence North 600 feet; thence East
700 feet; thence South 600 feet; thence West.700 feet to the
point of beginning; situate in the County of King, Sate of
