KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of.the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor (s) D.M. YOUNG CONSTRUCTION
CO.I INC. do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer
and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County, Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,

sewer, water system and sidewalk extensions.
