KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($,1.00) and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor (N) Poe Construction, Inc.
do by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer
and warrant to the City of Auburn, King County, Wash., a MUNICIPAL CORPORATION,
the following public improvements 168 L.F. of 8" D.I. (CL 52) fire line
and one (1) fire hydrant assembly.
Situated within the
following described real property : The southerly 15 feet of the westerly 160
feet of the following described property:
That portion of the east 307,feet of the west 1825 feet of the north
0 127.9 feet of.the.south 906.84 feet of Harvey H. Jones Donation Land Claim
#39.in Section 6, T 21 N, R 5 E, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying
east of the east margin of Primary State Highway #5 as conveyed to King
County by instrument recorded under Auditor's File #755623, records of
King County, Washington. Except the west 5 feet thereof conveyed to the
City of-Auburn by instrument recorded under Auditors File #6346600.
and the said Grantor M hereby warrant that they are the sole owners of all the
property above conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they
will defend the title of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully
making claim thereto.
