TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Extension into the City
system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned Grantor(s) Lowes HIW, Inc., a Washington corporation, as successor by merger to
Lowe's HIW, Inc., a Virginia corporation, does by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign,
