system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the

and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owners of all the property above -
conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the said

Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
